Sun + Fun + Hard Work  = The International Youth Exchange in Nerva, Spain, 2008

In August this summer a group of volunteers from the Informational Consultative Youth Centre in Haskovo with leader Veneta Antonova participated in an international youth exchange entitled "What Can We Do About The Development Of Our Cities?". The exchange took place in a town located in the province of Andalucia in the south of Spain. There the participants from Bulgaria, Germany, Italy and Spain exchanged their experience and ideas concerning the development of their cities.
The youngsters from Haskovo have been elaborating on the lack of free access for disabled people to some of the public places here in our town. In order to represent our country during the Bulgarian Cultural Evening the volunteers put on the table flat cake with salt and paprika, flat sausages, yellow cheese, wine and rakia. The Bulgarian Evening has also been attended by 20 Bulgarians living in Nerva.
